Nice job representing science from the point of view of who you are (knowledgeable, interesting, friendly, easy to understand and full of vitality) and, your page is friendly too.

I will be using a number of your Food Science videos in a course I am developing called The Science of Cooking. They are to the point and very well done. Hope to see more of your work in the future!

Hi Dr. Kiki! I just wanted to say that I discovered your podcasts and existence around the beginning of this year and I haven't missed a TWIS or Science Hour since. I really enjoy all the guests, and especially the enthusiasm and light-heartedness (yet serious intellectual content) that you bring to even the deepest topics.

I know I should try to offer a suggestion for improvements, but I can't. I really enjoy the deep physics, astrophysics, and astronomy topics, but they are just my personal favorites. Actually, it would be great to hear more from the latest discoveries in animal behavior, nature observation and ecology, and maybe some geological and earth science news (if that isn't too boring for the rest of the audience.. I eat that stuff up though)!

Thanks again for the great shows!

You have some interesting topics.

I have seen a few shows, from what I have viewed I tend to only watch the shows whose topics I enjoy.

I would be more of a regular if your show included a whats new for the week in science. I have become a fan of this Android App NewScientist and it has daily updated news topics from around the world. I just check out their website for the first time while writing this and it looks updated and fresh.

if your show had some hot topics for the week and more media friendly guests (ones who work well on radio and TV) I and others would be subscribers to your show.

of course if you broaden your topics every show that will cover more things of what people are interested in. kinda like "this week in tech" I do like the thought of in depth analysis during the show, but not the whole show.

Topics I am interested in are Space, cosmology, physics, Math Theorems, medical break throughs,Hubble finding, CBOE info, LHC/Cern info, Laser Technology, Computer related Tech / Science, like new hard drives, holographic memory, Intel CPU news, communication news and break throughs, NASA updates, etc...

of course some physicology and sociological topics.
Please don't rate this response on spelling merits, I am a Scientist, not a spelling bee winner..

thanks for you time.

Doing some more research I think his name is
Dr. Kevin Grazier, not Frazier.

Guess there was a typo on the Astronomy Cast website.

Thanks again,

I would love an episode on cochlear implants. I ran across this video (there are tons like it) of a baby having his implant turned on and hearing for the first time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDD7Ohs5tAk

Since seeing that video and others, I've become very interested in the science behind cochlear implants and the experiences of people who have them. It's fascinating stuff.

Ah, I found Episode 2 of Dr. Kiki's Science Hour in an mp4 video archive hosted by Cachefly, covering the climate change question.

I withdraw my previous request for a program on the topic, as you have covered it, though I had to search rather diligently to find it.

I'd love to see some interviews with climate scientists, both with ones supportive of and questioning of the IPCC consensus.

Not to draw an equivalency between the two positions, but the contrarians are presumably contrarian for a reason, and it would be nice to have the questions at issue engaged in.
