the biggest science story in the last decade breaks

You mean bigger than cracking The Human Genome?

Twit, Cnet, this podcast acts like the Hadley CRU fudging data is just a passing story

You forgot "alleged". The UK is the libel capital of the world. Lawyers love it. You've got to be more careful.

BTW The show is called "Dr. Kiki's *SCIENCE* Hour". They tend to downplay the politics and especially stay away from conspiracy theories.

Science PR Problem? Yes. I'll say. When, in my opinion the biggest science story in the last decade breaks and there is no sign of it except in passing. There's no story here people. Move on. I always wondered why there was absolutly no debate allowed when it came to global warming or I mean climate change. Twit, Cnet, this podcast acts like the Hadley CRU fudging data is just a passing story. How can you believe anything scientist's say when they will not report there own as frauds.

By the way, i came across these excellent physics flash cards. Its also a great initiative by the FunnelBrain team. Amazing!!!

While I have cameras that monitor my driveway and front door, I don't have or use any personal webcams. I never saw much need for one. Maybe I'm avoiding it subconsciously I don't know.

That said, I thought of your show when I read about this topic:

I saw a blurb on Scientific American Mind that may resonate with your listeners and followers

Is Multitasking Limited by a Mental Bottleneck?

I love your TWIS and I would really like to listen to your new show. Justin tends to get on my nerves with his political views. I know you try and keep the political side out of it as much as you can, but it tends to bleed in none the less. I can't seem to find your new Science Hour show on iTunes or as a rss or any other easily accessible down-loadable format. Is there any plans to release as a pod cast and why is Leo not carrying it on the TWIT site?

Thanks for your great incite into science news.

For my long drive to work I like to listen to Leo's podcast and also your TWIS podcast.

I now see that you and Leo have a Science Hour" broadcast. If there an audio only RSS feed, will you provide the link.

Also IF this is part of Leo's empire, when will it be listed on the TWIT homepage.

Thanks...

Hi, Dr. Kiki! I'd love to check out your science hour, but does an RSS feed exist for it anywhere? I really can't track one down! Am I just not looking hard enough?

Dr. Kiki and Leo (if he reads your blog), you badly need a forum in which to comment on each show after it has aired. Twitter comments don't persist for very long, and there is often important follow up info that people in-the-know might want to add to the "Episode Notes" days after. This is especially necessary when Leo posts and retweets links from the chatroom that later turn out to be misinformation.

Anybody who can used the word "dissuaged" in perfect context deserves a lot of attention but ... fixed time transmissions are too 1990s for me.

I'm wondering if you'll find that interaction is only going to be effective in big social venues like Twitter or FB where people unfamiliar with you can jump in and out.

It's not so much ADD, rather we all are working to filter the massive content stream more effectively and "scheduling an appointment" at a certain time seems really inefficient to me. In fact I'm not even convinced that vids are the way to go to effectively get out the point to a large audience.

This is apparently far to complex for me to accomplish. I made a video and tried for over an hour to figure out how to post it with a proper tweet. I had as many as five screens open in both Twitter and Vidly trying to get something to work. I am obviously too stupid to participate in this exercise. I thought it might be fun, too. Oh, well...
